Hi friends,
I attached 2 photos of top pipe, that is cracked. Looks like it’s a breathing pipe.. what symptoms could fault pipe like this could cause? My car start smoking when it gets hot, I wonder if it’s connected.
Any help will be much appreciate thanks!

If you have polo 6n2, when you check oil or water level have a quick look where this hose is connected to.. that’s it very simple 😃
I know there is a tiny hose down the throttle, should it be connected to there?

Now I need to find out to where this tiny air vacuum hose should be connected to? (marked in black round on the attached photo).
The big hose is connected to the break servo, this we know.

I just wanted to update you and all the other users for the right solution I had with that vacuum pipe..
I discovered the right hole where the fuel regulator vacuum pipe should be connected too. It’s at the side of the engine just below the fuel regulator!

When I turn my polo 6n2. 1.4. 16v 2001 AHW on and its on idle it starts to vibrate and shake a little bit and then the rpm goes up and down above 10.
I know it could be vacuum leaks, EGR system malfunctions, malfunctioning oxygen sensors, dirty fuel ...
I hope someone could help me pls.

Yes! I found that the problem was a broken wire between the door and the chassis! I sold it and now everything works fine.
