heres my old 9n.

oooooooooo b***h,lol.

there might be i hole in the vacuum pipe that goes to the turbo. mine was caused by the hose rubbing against the brake servo hose,which resulted in car going into limp mode and the emmisions warning lamp coming on.

finally got the body kit on. got the vw side skirts , the oettinger rear and front skirts.i was going to put some coilys on but the front skirt already catches the ground so i dont know. i will take some photos in the daylight.

got some 18"bbs rc`s on the car now,rides a little high though.getting the vw body kit soon.bit pricey at around 960 notes but they look mint.get some pics when i fit the kit.

took it to my local garage and replaced the resistor for £60.didnt even take the dash out,just replaced it gaining access from the passenger foot well.

whats the ride like with them mate?

mine was a hole in a vacuum hose which went to the turbo,(diesel 1.9 model).

they seem to be quite a popular item with the scum pinching them! work out at about £5.20 ish from vw

only had the front pads changed and did not know about rears,learn something new every day.never loosened the nipple,just removed the resevoir cap with a rag wrapped around incase of spillage. everyone to their own.

as for pushing the piston back in the caliper,use a good old fashioned pipe wrench.
