Considering the failiure rate of the G220, yes. Some people on DW use the Kestrel rotary with few complaints. And for the price it's a bargain!

A carpet cleaner. It sprays a solution of carpet cleaning fluid on to the fabric and it sucks it back up. Rather effective I do say.

Steam cleaners are pretty good too. They are effective at sanitising the interior of nasties like bacteria and tobacco smoke smell. And dirt.

It's toooo cold, can't be bothered :(

I am a dirty tease aren't I :lol:

They're honestly not all that, they don't even have stretched tyres! Damn, I guess I'm not scene enough. I think I am going to work on it today though, maybe try and sort out this rubbing problem first.

Short answer, no.

Save your pennies and get one of the suckers;

I bought a G220 back in September and wish I had held on longer for the above machine.

I'd personally recommend a VAX extractor or similar. See if you can borrow one for the day. They work very well on car seats. Otherwise you'll be scrubbing all day with the autoglym stuff to remove the marks.

The RA's are going in the bin.

Honestly, I don't know. They may go back on just yet, the new wheels are rubbing on the fronts and it's putting me off driving the car hard. Maybe I'll just sell the damn thing, it's not like I necessarily need a second car.

So I was taking photos of my new wheels the other day, but my crappy phone camera crapped out, damn. Here's a pic anyway;

The new Fiesta is funky, and dare I say it, more interesting than a Polo :mrgreen: In fact, I had a previous model Fezza which was a TDCI on holiday, and it was a very pleasant car to drive, well-specced and comfortable. And it was fairly nippy to boot. I wouldn't mind one as an efficient daily. A p...

If I weren't going on holiday, I'd choose playerrrrzzz, mainly because I don't own a Polo and also because I didn't think it was much cop last year. Maybe because I tend not to associate myself with clubpoo.

Rota do some nice wheels in that style, and they're fairly cheap with the right fitments to boot! http://www.rotawheels.com/wheels.asp?wheelid=34 The best ones for the Polo would be 15x7, 4x100 and ET+35 8) Or you could go for a 15x8 if you're into the Carlos Fandango look. I really like the range f...

Diamond-cut wheels are much more durable than polished wheels, and are much less susceptible to pitting. They're turned on a CNC lathe, then laquered which gives a tough finish on the wheel. Regarding corrosion, I find on older wheels, like my RA's they corrode a lot easier due to the age of the whe...

Kidding :P

I had a Remus twin exit on the 'ol Polo, and it was good (and I then sold it to Mr Perkins). Much better than boring hidden systems WTFBBQLOLFTWTBFH 8)

One of my favourite 'subtle' Polo's is way_z's TDI, it looks understated, yet there are some subtle changes going on, which would be missed by the untrained eye 8) http://www.tigerstyle.co.uk/poloforum/viewtopic.php?p=188950&highlight=#188950 The steering wheel is rather dainty, but an aftermark...
