yes, but i removed the central locking pump a while ago......i got fristrated and left it and once i closed the door it worked. now when i have th door open the pin doesnt go down.

i dont mind that!

need a new door pin and thats it now

urgent - need help now

hi,

i took the door cards off my polo 6n to lubricate the window motors but now the door pin is jammed and wont lock.

any ideas?

i had a look under the car and i cant see wat you are talking about...can someone take a pic.

i can only see a cable that goes into the back of the drum - no sign of 3 other cables...thanks

my polo has been riddled with problems of late and so far i have replaced the following

starter motor
alternator
ignition switch
gearbox mount


the problm is that when i start the car, it doesnt turn over. i can leave it and come home from work and start it again and voila, it starts. it will ...

i'll have a look.

the noise happend everytime i put my put on the break when the car is in motion. sometimes it even does it when i take my foot off the pedal...

cool, its just that i bought my polo with 195/45/15s and heard changing affects the speedo and rolliong radius. since i dont know what the standards are, would these be ok

brake pedal squeeking

my break pedal squeeks when i press it and the sound is coming from the outside. a mate has the same problem - any ideas?

also, anyone got any wheel spacers for sale/donation??

knocking noise

my mk4 6n polo makes a knocking noise everytime i press on the accelerator. it is a very loud and embarassing metal on metal noise. it sounds like it is coming from under the car but it could be under the bonnet.

any ideas?
