Hi all,

Have a 2000 VW Polo GTi, need the offside anti-roll bar link repalcing.

Have undone the 13mm nut from underneath, but how do i go about getting the actual rubber bush/link off? It's effin tight on there!

Hi guys, The GTi is due for a service, wondering whta plugs to use? Did some searching on here and alot of people recomend Bosch OEM plugs, are these the same as the Bosch ones you can get in Halfrauds? Checked mine earlier and it's currently running NGK plugs, but with a VW & Audi logo on it :S...

Turns out the top mount was done up too tight so bearing wasn't moving free. Just loosened it off a bit a re-tightened and now no noise!

Prob down about 60mm over standard...

Well fitted my coilovers last weekend, no problem there. But have noticed when im turning there is quite a noticable kncking sound coming from the front. This sound doesn't happen when going over bumps, only when turning/steering. Have double checked everything is tight but can't spot anything immed...

Same happens with me, even with aircon on (econ off) it takes ages.

Think it i because below 5 degress the aircon does not function, so i have heard.

Quick question.. Whats your ride like with coilovers fitted? Much stiffer?

Well have finally got some coilovers ordered and coming my way :D Now i need to fit them... Being a mechanic i have a fully stocked tool box... at work. But i don't really want to unload all my tools to bring them home to fit the coilovers. Could anyone tell me what tools i will need... ie. spanner/...

Slight mix up with these im afraid!

Turns out they are not 4x100 like i got told when i got the wheels, they are actually 4x108! So if anyone knows anyone with a ford, pug or citroen who wants these let me know.

As far as i'm aware they should fit yeah. Both 4x100.

15"x6J. 4x108 fitment. ET42. Three are practically new with just a few scratches from storage which would probablly polish out, barcode sticker still on inside. Never used on a car. One has a few miles on it, with a few kerb marks and some scratches but could be eaasily repaired by specialist q...

Was thinknig of getting these for my GTi.

Want them even more now!

Changinf the xenon bulb is actually easier than changing the side light bulbs!

Did my righ tone in about 5 mins outside blockbusters lol.
