Replacing anti-roll bar link

Hi all,

Have a 2000 VW Polo GTi, need the offside anti-roll bar link repalcing.

Have undone the 13mm nut from underneath, but how do i go about getting the actual rubber bush/link off? It's effin tight on there!

make sure you jack up both sides , un-bolt those 13mm srews underneath,
then pull the bar upward untill you can turn the end link to either 9 or 3 o'clock,
and keep turning the end link left and right while pulling it out.
