Message on Dash INSP-2 wont clear

Post by joebickley »

Hi

On our 96 diesel Polo there is a message flashing away on our speedo saying Insp- 2. Its been on it since we had it. Im guessing its cos the last service wasnt VW.

Now i found a thingy on the forums that said about pushing the reset button with ignition is p2 etc but its doesnt seem to work. It lets me select INSP1 INSP2 or OEL but nothing is saved.

Any help?

Thanks

Joe
