Love the German plates (have you been pulled yet for a white rear plate or are they show only?) and you've now got me thinking once again about black badges for my own car - I bought them once and then changed my mind and sold them again!

you just need some silvervision bulbs for the front indicator units

Yep, it was yourself that took them off my hands - Martyn assured me they were the right ones before delivery!

I might just get a kamei grille in hte end and swap the GTi badge onto it...

The plates are fro show use only. I had german ones on my old mk2 golf and i didn't get pulled but i had a yellow rear plate.

Silvertech bulbs are going on the front indicators dont worry, then ill be fitting my bmc filter and maybee getting new rims

Sorry to sway a bit of topic, but would I get pulled if I had a white rear plate fitted... correct uk font, spaced slightly, but perfectly readable.. and if I did fit and got pulled over, what would happen?
