fuel dial etc

keeps goin up and down....if it goes just abit over half a tank it goes up 2 full....then sumtimes when i start it in the morin all the clocks reset...whys this?

only when i start it then it goes where it wants to lol

yep rings been fitted....i didnt do thi tho the person b4 did it...has he messd the pins up then. :roll:

Ahhh that would explain it

Not enough clearance at the bottom of the needle so it's fouling the ring and sticking at various points

Take it apart again and just file the ring at the bottom to create a small but not noticable dip for the needle bottom leg to swing through
