People with ETKA: please inform this part's number?

Post by Babe RuthLess »

Hi everyone,

this post is for those of you who have access to a copy of ETKA.

I saw a Polo with cubby spaces in place of the cupholder/blanking plate in the centre console, and would like to know the part numbers for these little recesses (crudely pointed below).

Image
Cubby looks useful for mobile phones etc.

I don't know whether these are mounted on both sides of the centre console or just where the cupholder would go. Anyways, if anyone can get a part no. for these I'd appreciate it very much. Preferably the left-hand side one, that is, the one that would go near the drive in a LHD car, or passenger side in a R... well you got the idea.

Thanks in advance!

PS.: Yet another OEM mod... I think I'm addicted.

I'd also be very interested in this little cubby hole mod - you can never have enough cubby holes :D ( or cupholders  ) I'd be interested in the right hand side one (near the driver of a RHD car)

And no i'm not trying to confuse things

Positive.

This is fitted to basic Polos ("Basis" trim level, or simply "Polo" in the UK). Not all cars have cup-holders. In the ones that don't, VW fits these cubby holes.

The above photo is from a brand-new (ex-demo) Polo - that means it's "unmodded" .

Cheers!
