Engine Electrics Light!

Just a quick question, there is a light on the dash for engine electrics, if its on what could this mean? The car has been sat in the garage for 4 weeks, and has never been started. Before it was in the garage the light had never been on before, any ideas?

get a tin opener because you have a potential can of works there
get someone with a vag com to see why its on

I aint payed for the car yet, they are taking it to VW tomorrow to have a look at it, im collecting once the problem is resolved!
