I've got my beady eyes on stainless steel finished KW variant 2s in the future - something like £700-800 though... but worth it! 8)

If i buy H&R springs and use standard GTi shocks, what will the difference in ride be? I dont wanna ruin the ride quality because i think the GTi is really nice standard, a little too much roll but not that bad! Can anyone that has put them on a GTi alone explain the difference?

Also, anyone got pics of 40mm drop or 60mm drop with stock rims? (side on?)

I've got H&R Sport Springs and standard shocks.

I think they drop between -30 and -35mm. The ride is firmer but not too harsh, and cuts out a lot of the body roll. A great improvement!

I'll see if I can find a couple of photos for you

I think its settled a touch more since I took those photos. Some people might not notice the difference but you definitely notice it when driving and thats where it counts!

(blimey those photos have lost a lot of quality putting them on imageshack!)

I was thinking about getting there 40/60 kit... it want it slightly lower then yours. I dont want the ride to be too harsh over pot holes etc tho. Im not sure what todo, because i like the way it is now drive wise and would be pretty gutted if it ruined it!

Thinking about 50mm Eibach sportline kit, what are these like?
