Central Locking Pump - Location!

Post by bsodmike »

I'm trying to install the MK4 Votex kit in my 9n MK6 polo and would like to know where the CPump resides.

Thanks!

The 9n is a Cabus wiring system, so uses a Convienience Control Unit rather than a Central Locking Pump. So a MK4 Remote locking kit won't work :)

Hi Nelson, thanks for the info

Would you happen to know the exact location of the CCM in a Polo Mk5?

diagram is too vague? :roll:

Hi! :)

That's interesting, says:
VW Polo (A04) 2002 ->2005
also a different part number to mine... could work... but if it runs of the ECU, where would you plug it?! In-line with the CCM? :?

If i was to buy one of those, do you reckon the instructions would be in german only?
