Polo GTi Price

Post by ModifiedMadness »

What did everyone pay for theirs, I'm going to look at one on Thursday and basically, if I like it then it's mine for £6100 (it's a 2001 Y), it's had the pedal box done, full service history, wheels have been refurbed, 32k on the clock, cd changer, recent tyres and brakes. Does that sound like a reasonable price? It seems mint outside, just waiting for some interior shots.

2001 - 51plate with 23'000 miles, 3-doors and red with no leather

I paid £7000 for it, minus £3250 I got for my old 1.0E. That was from a second-hand car dealer.

So £6100 is a pretty good price?

Come on people 26 views and most of the replies have been from me, I just need to make sure I'm not paying over the odds.

Cheers 8)

Sounds ok mate, think top money for a 51 Plate is gonna be around £7000, but it all depends on condition really, seen 2001 cars with that sort of mileage on autotrader for between £5k and £6.5k, not bad considering I paid £10k for mine just over 2 years ago, in mint condition with 18K on the clock.

Sounds good then, still waiting on my lights as well at the minute. It's a 3 hour drive to look at this one on Thursday, going to have to leave between 6-7am

I paid £7,900 2 years ago for a w-reg 28k with cloth seats and aircon

That was a bargain and I cant believe how much people are selling them for now, its outragous that I can still owe more than its worth!!!
