I've not seen aything like that for the 6n2 as of yet, but if you find some, I wouldn't mind having a look too, M3-style I think they're called? Like so (these are for a Golf Mk2):

There's hardly any after market lights available really, that's why I bought some of the Hella jobbies with the LED brake light before I bought the car, because trying to find them on the net in RHD isn't the easiest thing in the world.

They probably would, it's just that the indicator is in a different place I know for sure, not sure about any of the others.

Yep. I understand it's simply a case of different bulb holders on the 6n and 6n2

Red-Clear-Clear-Red, as in... well, you understand I'm sure. Its a look that is similar to the US-spec Golf Mk4 rear clusters.

6n lights are the same shape and fit as 6n2`s except the bottom edge sticks out slightly more (about 6mm) on the 6n2s. I know coz i acquired some for my fiancee`s mk4. they fit straight on, except the rhs wiring needs swapping round otherwise the brake light becomes the indicator or something. The sticking outs not really noticeable but if you`ve got a show car you`ll loose points. its only really obvious close up.
