passed my driving test today! woo hoo

Post by Mk2Adam »

:D :D :D :D :D
i'm slightly happy, passed from my 2nd attempt and now i can FINALLY drive my polo that i've had sorn'd since christmas.

i managed 13 minor faults which is pretty high but then i took my test in a different area and didn't have a clue where i was going.

bottom line....passed driving test= :D

Well done! 13 minors doesnt sound so bad, sure i did worse than that... mind you whats the maximum these days? i know it was changed.

and take it easy... speaking from a purely statistical and own-experience perspective, the next six months are the ones where you're most likely to do yourself and the car serious injury, so really try your hardest to keep a lid on the wideboy urges no matter how itchy that feels.
the local A&E staff & your insurers will silently thank you, and the local mechanics/scrappies curse you :D

plus you wont tear up a car you've been waiting eight months to drive!

now get some insurance, get in that seat, and in the words of madness, get "some gas and the open air" :D
