electric window switch

hey,

Want to install the Beta CD unit into my 1997 Polo, however need to know if it is possible to remove the electric window switches and put them in the doors instead - where you would expect to find them? Is this possible? ever done?

this could be done, i was going to use the electric wing mirror switch to operate them. All you would have to do is follow the wiring back to the fuse box and check to see how its wired from the doors. you could possibly splice into it in the doors and not have to run a set of wires directly from the fuse box. Get yourself a multimeter and see what you can find
