hi guys

can anyone plz tell me if the 16v system is the same as the 1.4l system?

when i say system, i mean the cat to back.......

Hey there, Mitch.

I'm not certain, but looking on GSF and ECP the part numbers are different, so I'd guess it's a no.

I'm sure someone on here will be able to give a definite answer though...

its just that my cats fooked and some gut had a full 16v system for Â£30!

has any one got a cat for a 1.4l?

p.s...... if my cats fooked, would this cause a petrol smell and high consumption of petrol?

arent 16v's same as 8v's only big bore cus im sure somebody once put 16v on to 8v just needed a reduce/convert piece
