washed the car 2day and notied that window switches were reversed! Prob. something to do with electrics playing up knowing my problems. Never done this b4 until saw this thread!

The window closure and speed bump thing may be down to the pressure regulator that would stop the windows from closing if a child (for example) had their hand in the way.

Supposed to be a safety system, and I suspect that the force of the window trying to go up, whilst the rest of the car also suddenly starts to go over the bump will be sufficient to trigger the system.

I'm not sure I've explained myself very clearly there :oops:

Makes sense Sadgeek :)

My mums 307 drivers window went a bit funny at the weekend. It would go to the top, then come down to 3/4. Assumed it was something to do with the safety thing. Just before taking it to the dealers, I had a play and it's sorted now. Weird :?
