Window help

I know thing for this have been posted before but, there are so many parts.

The problem i have;

The window stopped working so i took all the pannel off then had a look n fiddle with the red casing with the wire inside it started working agian

Then it broke agin

So my dad brought some thing. has the 2 side bars with the red things and just the outta casing.
went to fit this today and dont look like this is going to help me, also the window has started working again but very badly
Could this help my problem??

Or has something else gone wrong??

Sorry i read my post after pretty poor!!

On the motor cover there are two red plastic tubes with a spring with the cable coming out the inside of them. these are connected to the large metal runners which inturn support the window i think someone on here has had the problem before possibly.

It gets really sluggish at the moment, its still working but will break again soon!!
