I've been hummin' and hawin' about getting the centers of my alloys powder coated black and the lip polished and laquered.

Here's before and after. What do you lot reckon?

Yeah man black spokes with silver rims is the way forward!

I can't comment cos I'm very biased 8)

It would look good - when i looked round your car at the Polo Show i just kept thinking mmmmmm that would look good with black centres - the std GTi alloys are a bit to busy on the earlier cars.......

Black centres look better in my opinion but whats gunna be the new thing next year?

black centres will be soooo over by then (just like polished p's this year)

pretty nice... bit too dark maybe but probably just cause its pshopped.

thing is it's going to be too common soon - like P slots were getting a year ago. black centres and silver rims are this years p slot craze :D

having seen a rodded ford model A with crazy wheels on today, i'd say a black car looks pretty sweet with silver centres but red rims :)
