Yeah i think it looks nice and with the more powerful engine it should fly.

The current one though still has one over this i think.

I think its quite nice, but the 0-60 is pathetic, 6.2 out of a 3.2 V6 is crap IMO. The Gti is like 6.5 or something...

granted, a chipped gti might have more power - but that's not what the R32 is about - it's not a thrashy engine, it's a refined powerhouse really. With the 4WD and the characteristics of the engine, plus the exclusivity, that will guarantee it to have a strong following.

why is 250 (approx) bhp out af a 3.2 N/A v6 that bad? the 350Z only gets about 270bhp out of a 3.5.... i can't think of any other N/A v6's to compare it to.

I'd rather have the 3.2 engine than a highly stressed 2.0 turbo. (economy ignored!). and we all know that the 6.2 may be a little of an underestimate. I think over a 1/4 mile the GTI would be neck-a-neck though.

edit: the current one looks better IMO!

i still prefer the old one (i've sat in one, very nice trim and the seats, well, very nice) but the new one will probably grow on me!
one thing tho.........new one has no front fogs!! i know they r not a necessity but imo they do look good.
hey just a thought.

the old one didn't have fogs either! i've never quite understood that! maybe its one of those cars that should only come out on bright, sunny days! 8)

the thing with the old r32 was u could look at it from any angle and say "thats an r32." that one however, just looks a bit, umm normal!
