Are these decent speakers?

not really no... i work in halfords and they just about the worse ones we sell actually... if u was interested i have a pair of 6x9's for sale i bought them wired them in temporally and cldnt b bothered to wire them in properly so i took them out. this is the spec

I wouldn't personally buy them, not a fan of sony. I would be tempted to look more towards infinity if you are on a budget but it depends on how much you are willing to spend.

i agree with the above, sony arent exactly the best at making in car stuff, and if you go for the bottom of the range stuff like those they will be apauling

Infinity are always a good choice as are Alpine type R stuff, there's plenty more that do budget stuff thats much better

personally I wouldnt buy ANY 6x9's full stop. let alone sony ones.

get a component set and replace ur front speakers

That's it, if it's good quality sound you want a set of comps is the way to go, not 6x9's

It's one of those things really, can be as little or as much as you want, anywhere from £20 right up to £6500
