Why are vw so slow to...

How come all the other groups of vw= skoda ,seat have brought out a performance model of some kind fabia rs,ibiza 130 +soon 2 be 150 cupra.

If vw dont bring one some time soon might have to sell up and move on to something else.

My understanding is:

- Golf V gets launched at Frankfurt Motor Show (9th September), for sales starting in Spring 04
- Polo 9n GTI gets announced / possibly shown at same event, presumably for sales starting in Spring 04
- Sportster gets possibly shown in prototype-ready-for-launch format at the Toyko Motor Show (don't know when this is though), for launch Spring 05.

I think this is right - feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway, you've only got just under a month to wait for the most likely time that VW will be announcing something polo-wise.

The latest Diesel Car mag mentions the lack of a Polo 130 in it's review of the Fabia Vrs. Will it happen?
