Got myself a winter car

Finger crossed, G40 will be off the road and tucked up in the garage over winter at the end of this month

It'll then be safe from the slippy roads and nasty weather while i add some tastefull touches ready for next year

looks tidy enough, especially for a winter car. Wots the millage like? they tend 2 b pretty high tho not that it matters on a VW.

My best mate has one exactly the same as that, age, colour, doors and everything. Now its on FK coilovers, 8&9x16" Schmidt Modernlines and is due to get an ABF lump chucked in it as the 8v's little end bearings have gone.

done 122k, door has been resprayed at some point,and has faded a little. Has been stood over 12 months! If it was a F**d it would have perished away

Cost me sod all really so can't complain!

oops, bought some lowered suspension allready and its not even on the road yet

on the lookout for two mk4 golf steels ASAP if anyone knows of any?

Do they have to be MK4 Golf?

Remember all modern VAG cars are running 5x100 now. The 9N tyres are probably the right size for your MK3!

No, but need to be black

tyres are 205/50/15..lower profile than 9n's iirc, but need rims, as i can buy tyres separately!

current plans are smoked m3 rears,low key zorst,ind kit for a bit of extra noise

black rims and erm.....thats about it

The Ibiza came with 205/50s on it, I swear! My one has 205/45/R16s on it.

If you want a Pipercross filter, give me a shout. I can get them very cheap!

had to bite the bullet and buy some new tyres...need to mot it this week.still on the lookout for some black 5 stud steelies tho

May have blagged a mates old mk3 filter,but if not i'll give you a shout!
