Oil filter question?

Hello

Does anybody know why Halfords are telling me to buy a Champion C160 oil filter? Will this fit my Mk2 Squareback? In my Haynes it says I need a Champion C101?

I already know i'm stupid.

best tip is to park outside, buy it, and compare against your current one before driving off

i've found sometimes that the halfords ones are far too short - but if its unused they'll happily let you swap for a full sized number

I did a visual on it... and for future reference the C160 does fit.
