Its been over 2 months since my insurance company agreed to fix the damage on my car. Since them ive been waiting for a comformation fax to be sent to my dads bodyshop. After ringing once or twice a week for the last 2 months they say it will be sorted this week.
Well my dad gets a phone call this morning saying that there has been a mistake, and they think the car is worth £450. Which is a p*** take IMO. Thing thats pissed me off the most is, ive been hanging around for 2 months, every time i ring it was the same old s**t "sorry about this, were currently following it up" And now autumn is setting in with the heavy rain etc, i have discovered the boot area of my car (which is still a mess) has turned into a sive, and there was anough water in the boot and under the rear seats for a small child to paddle in.
So now theres an assessor coming down thursday to have a look at the car. He wants proof the car is worth more than they say it is, basically he wants some print outs of Polo GT's for sale with a decent price tag, my dad rekons that they are just looking at a normal mk 3 CL or something. If anyone could help me with this matter, i would be very pleased. I think ill include some pics of the car looking its best too. Anything else i can do?
Cheers Nick
