Got them on last week, got two new tyres as well.
BBS's will be getting a refurb over the winter.
I luv these wheels. They are so easy to clean. I'll be reluctant to put the BBS's back on next year.
Sorry pic quality isn't great, used my phone.

It'll be getting lowered over the winter, probably beginning of next year.
I got the wheels from my local VW dealer, got fed up trying to find a 2nd hand set and it wasn't much more expensive for a new set.

And me because I want mine re-furbed and still want to be able to use the car - a few more questions:
1) what car are they from?
2) Are they the same size as the BBS?
3) Did you use the tyres and wheel bolts from your BBS?
Cheers

They were about £32 a wheel, + £3 odd for the black cap.
They are off of G60 Golf mk2/Corrado.
Same size as the BBS's
I got my existing tyres swapped over and i'm using my original wheel bolts.

not so expensive! (inc vat?) got a part number? something to think about
I take it you took the wheels to a garage to have them swapped on the 'wheel' machine?
hmm I wonder what a total cost with new rubber would be

Is it just me or does anyone else think that the steelies look better than the standard rims? Man alive, I'm sorely tempted to get me a set of those and punt the BBS................
Am I right in thinking they'd rust pretty easily though?

Them G60 steels look awesome on your car!
I'd be half tempted to wax her properly, then get it dirty really quick...it'll look like a rat but it'll sure surprise people!

They actually have a chrome effect paint finish on them. So i don't think they'd rust that easily. I'm gonna keep polishing them anyway. They finish on them is excellent, very smooth, easy to clean and polish.
I've seen cheap alloys that didn't have as good a finish.
