luckily she was an old lady so i dont think she will mess me about, and i think shes gonna admit liability...if not i know where she lives mwahahahahaha

i also had 2 witnesses from other cars willing to help...so should speed things up :)
It was an old bag eh? I hate old folk

Tell insurance to speed it up as her days are numbered  mwhaha

Don't let the old thing fool you, in my last car, there was an old bloke that caused me to skid swerve and take out my wheel on a curb, we agreed that I'd just bill him for the tracking (was only £50) and forget about the wheel (only a steelie) until my dad phoned him, then it turned into forward any details you have to my insurance company, and I don't understand excess  his excess would have been more that £50. Result - My dad hung up on him and I was left to pay the £50, old bastard.

But on topic, you have witnesses so it's all good.

Hey - old people aren't all bad. The old guy that rear ended my Punto two weeks after I got it sent me twenty quid in the post to apologise.

Deek.
