Winter wheels
rite peeps, just wondering how long u guys keep your winter wheels (if you have some!) on for, from november to march etc...

1litreheater, the advantage of having winter wheels is that you can take off, clean up and store your summer wheels for the winter months whilst the gritters are out and the bad weather rolls in. In the case of alloys like mine (split-rim) the winter conditions lead to corrosion and this isn't really desirable! So you have your shiny show season alloys for the spring and summer months, and your winter wheels for the dark, cold and wet months at this time of year
Aaron, I reckon you're about right, October/November through to about March/April or so
