Need some advice / help - Polo Classic

Hi all, I am from SA and have a 9n Polo classic (polo with boot). The car is great, but I have two things that are a problem on the car.
1. There is a rattle/ sqeak coming from the rear at both sides. It would appear to be either in the c pillars (above rear wheel arches), or in the boot (both sides). The noise is not affected by road bumps etc, it rattles over smooth tarmac as well???
2. When the car reaches 16 km/h, the doors lock, only for the drivers door to immediately to unlock again. The central locking works in all other conditions perfectly, and when I lock the car it locks properly.

If anybody has any ideas please help.

Cant really give you any ideas, as regards the rattle.

I think you should take the car to your local dealership, as Im fairly sure they could change the behaviour settings for the locks.
