what antifreeze do you guys recommend?

If you mean for your wipers, the VW stuff has anti-freeze in it.

i meant for the radiator or engine or wherever the antifreeze goes

you mean Engine Coolant in that case

and again, the VW Pink stuff is the best, recommended for you car, dealership will stock buckets load, its named G something

Think it's called G12, pink stuff. I'd go for that, cost's about Â£6 odd from VW dealer.

It's supposed to cut-down on internal corrosion of the radiator etc.
