Heres the close up. Yup its thin red tape from halfords, think it must be the same stuff waveydavey has used.

Nicely done m8!

Was interested in seeing how it curved on the corners, certainly goes on smooth around the corner

Yep Neil that's the same stuff as i used....... I'm gonna redo mine this week i think cos i've never been happy with the bends so i'm gonna have another go....... After all the reel of line will probably last for about 5 applications if not more!!! :D :D

Cheers

How did you get it to go around the bends so nicely without bubbling or creasing?
lso, did you take the grille out?

Yes I took the grill out, it only took afew mins to do it and really is'nt as hard as it looks. The stuff just goes round the bend without any trouble, hard to explane.

how does the grille pop out?
I've been able to unclip the top bits but not sure how to do the bottom?

There are no bottom clips, more like locators to help keep in place, so once the tops clips are released, just pull it towards you and upwards - it will come free then :)
