George Best

Post by polopowah »

George Best Dies aged 59
Not long after noon today George Best was taken critically ill and the doctor's decided not to continue with his drugs
he died soon after.
Sad to see one of England's greatest ever football players die in what can only be described as a painful death
At the end of the day he wasted what good oppurtunity he had (Liver Doner a few years back) and continued to binge drink.

Yeah it's a shame he appears to have not appreciated life after (almost) death.

Still, I'm sure he'll be missed.

RIP.

i dont like football either, yeh sure he was a good footballer, but just as i said, i dont really have any sympathy for the man, he was blatantly disrespectful to the person and the family of the person that his donated organ came from.

dino, dnt post if u hav no respect to pay.
George Best was one of a kind and an amazing footballer, sure he died a selfish way not thinking about how his family will feel when he dies because of the consequences of alcohol but its still sad and im sure theres alot of people out there like me willing to forgive and forget and celebrate his football !

Yes its sad when anyone dies, but it was all self inflicted , everyone has their own opinion :?
