Updated shots and interior on 9N3

Post by veedub-ally »

Hi all

Thanks for all the nice comments on my last post. Since then I have added a pedal set, twin sunglass holders and have had my windows tinted and laminated. Last job is to get the exhaust done but still deciding on a tailpipe.... suggestions???

Enjoy the pics and if anyone wants any other particular shots let me know and I will be happy to take them.

Alistair

Cheers for the comments. Sun visor light is on both sides and comes on when you slide open the mirror.

The sunglass holder is a handy and easy to fit mod - get one!

Did you have any thoughts on exhausts?

Did you have any thoughts on exhausts?
The last couple of cars I have had a stainless steel backbox and round twin tailpipe. I'm not getting the whole exhaust replaced on this one and would probably just go down the backbox and tailpipe route again although i wondered about a single oval this time. I'd like something discreet that will fit in the valance cut out that is already there.

Any suggestions???

I have had a scorpion back box fitted, I like the shape but its not as sutble as I had hoped! Still fits without any mods to the rear valance.

Thanks for the information! I'm going to look around before I go on holiday but I will probably have to wait and get the work done next month or into the New Year.

You got any pics?

That's looking rather nice.

It's good to see that the trend I established yonks ago is continuing strong in the Polo community (see the last pic here: http://www.tigerstyle.co.uk/poloforum/v ... .php?t=361)

But - and this is serious - if that's where it gets parked overnight I would *strongly* suggest getting a cover for it. It's a real pain to take on and off (and you will scratch it in the process), but light scrathes are easier to polish out that trying to shift tree sap. My Polo was covered in the stuff and it wouldn't shift no matter what I tried.

Deek.

true, my car gets covered in little brown lumps and it seems to be where i park my car at work, its not under trees but it is next to bushes.
hmmm maybe the brown lumps are all insect poo??
woteva it is i have to pick each one off individually as it won't wash off normally!!
