more problems

Hi got my polo july 2004 passed test in march and my poor little polo has done nothing but go in and out of the vw garage just last month alone cost me best part of a grand and now my gear box is on the blink. My old man as told me to sell it which deep down i really dont wont to do because of all the faults im worred about gettin another 1. Has any 1 else had loads of problems with urs?

i had a few problems with mine when i had it luckily for me tho most of the main probs (head gasket, water pump, ignition switch) were all covered under warranty and luckily after that the problems became fewer in number.
had a couple of abs sensors go wrong but thats it really.
don't let it get u down, things wil get better! just takes a little time, thats all! don't give up on the little polo!!!
