Magazine Launch success - going into production!

We launched our magazine yesterday, doing a full presentation with feature ideas and displaying feedback from our audience (lots of quotes from forums, e-mails and Nicky Grist who offered to help us out!).

It's been voted in, so it's going into production in January.

Titled "Modified" it's the beginner's guide to getting more from your car either speed, performance or bass, on a realistic budget. Here's our front cover. (click the thumbnail for a bigger version!)

It's a mock up cover, so not all of those cover lines will be put into full production, but that gives you some idea of where we're going with it.

nice one. looks spot on (there's a typo on the front cover tho - service)

but I guess you spotted that anyway!

Amusingly we showed this to a large number of journalists and our lecturers none of whom spotted the error.

Oops!

The cover car/tag lines are mock ups, that car's not as budget as the tag line suggests, but it's there to give an idea more than anything.
