Im the one who bid on it and won the item, emailed the guy and he says he's tried fitting it and it does indeed fit. Also says "in the demon tweeks catalogue and 33-2649 is the right part no for the GTI, 33-2774 is for the lupo 1.4 16v"

Oh well if it doesn't fit for Â£13 im not that bothered just get a BMC as I'll probably get sometime soon anyway!

lol did no one read my post !! yes mkone in the demon tweeks catalogue the filter for the gti is listed as 33-2649 but it is the incorrect one, I've told demon tweeks this but seems they don't care. I orignally got the above filter but after some searching and the filter not fitting properly I got the proper one (look at the K&N site itself 33-2774 is the one for the gti) which in the tweeks catalogue is listed as the one for the lupo 1.4, but it is indeed the one for the gti. But if as you say you're not bothered then sorry for the rant

Hello polo fans i have a K&N filter in the garage used for 2wks if anyone wants it??
Bought it feb/04 for Â£45 and it has been off the car that long in its bag and box!! Old skool Gti owner here! I really only used it for max 2wks! waste of money but hey!

Â£18 ?? ( Bmc now in the process of more smaco and bling)
