we had snow in northampton, could of been worse though, only really lasted a day. Most of the main roads have had the gritters out on them so the roads are ok, unless you go onto some side roads, they are still s**t and icy.

did some great handbrake turns in the work car park today though :)

My taxi home from the pub tonight was a nice warm Skoda Octavia, lots of funny slides on the way home. Roads were pretty awful.

woke up to roughly 3 inches of snow this morning
was still snowing at the time i took the pics but its turned into rain now.
At least i'll be able to drive later on without fear of sliding off the road!

all the snow has dissapeared now! which was a real shame! snowed quite heavily yesturday morning but eventually turned to rain and melted it all away! and i didn't get n e car park sideways action! :evil:

And yes I have fitted four - never ever be tempted to put just two snow tyres on the driven wheels you will quickly find the other end grip is awfull

ie on a front wheel drive car you will find the back end overtakes the front on a regular basis!!!
