Post by Mk2Adam »

it's a company that seems to do hundreds of buy it now remote central locking kits on ebay, i've decided to fit central locking for my mk2 but can anyone recommend this kit or anyother resonably priced kit?

Never used them before, but their feedback looks good and many deals, so should be fine? Pay with paypal for safety I guess

Mate, if you haven't already ordered it, buy the one volksbits do. I bought one, comes with 4 solenoids and 2 remotes. Fitted it to a mk2 golf. Took me about an hour and never failed.

It was £40 when i bought it couple years ago, so might've come down in price.

EDIT - just found out its gone up to £54!

Cheers for letting me know, i hadn't bought it yet, but i think i'll stick with DiyGti, £32 doesn't seem bad to me. i'll let everyone know what it's like when i get mine :)
