No probs

Shows the icon for it in the handbook, but not the fuse number nor what value fuse it is

Will have a check tomorrow

Do you not have a fuse card, showing the icons, in the car?

Any idea why the fuse is missing?

yeh i got a fuse card and it says the fuse is #17(well i think), but it doesnt give its rating (amp), and as its not there i have no idea what it should be, i think it was taken out as the mirror switch was broke at some point and it got stuck in one position so im guessing the fuse was removed to stop it burning out (all guess work LOL)

The heated elements on both my mirrors no longer work. Going to get two new bits of glass this saturday.

I've missed having my heated mirrors in all this cold weather. 8)

how much are they costing you? is that all it takes to make them work better?

It's not that cheap. Two new bits of glass is about £52 inc VAT.

It's just the elements that are gone, but they are part of the backing of the glass.

Had a look now.... oddly I don't have that fuse there either lol, number 17. I think as the card shows two icons, its for folding mirrors... but polo does not have folding mirrors, hence it not being fitted

Number 18, 5 amp mini fuse, seems like it controls the heating part of the mirrors

Not sure which does the actual movement in that case... rushing out so will check again tomorrow

:? :)
