Anyone Driven the Fabia RS130 tdi?

I'm tempted by the Seat 150tdi Cupra but the Skoda is available for Â£11997 with the 130tdi engine, at this price who wouldn't be tempted.

OK, it's missing side airbags and Climate, but it's a five door and looks pretty good, considering it's got a Skoda badge on it.

A Skoda with more torque than a Porsche Boxter - can't be!!!

My names down for a test drive but I'm not going to buy one...I want an Ibiza TDi Sport with thesame engine so I can swap all my bits over.

saw two at a local dealers near me, black and silver, the vents in the front bumbers look nice and check the rear two in one exhaust thats nice still wouldn't buy one tho......

My dealer got a red one in yesterday...was sold within an hour to an Ibiza TDi Sport owner!

Apparantely the Skoda is not as fast as the Ibiza in a straight line nor does it handle as well.

Also Recently found out the Ibiza 130 tdi is also available with a 5 door option.

How much is the Ibiza, though?

Skoda = Â£12k,
Polo GT (if it does actually get announced this week - looking doubtful) = c. Â£15.5k

Roughly 13.5/14k for 3/5door Ibiza's.
