If i was you, id get the front and rear bumpers smoothed, side strips colour coded with door handles and it will look mint!

I know im not a gti blokey but phil do the GTI have locking fuel caps?! if so why not see if you can get an audi TT jobbie put in place

did consider this for mine but i dont have a locking filler cap and theres no place for a solernoid :cry:

I also would like a TT filler cap when the cash is available, I'd have to have it colour coded though, the silver is a bit too bling for the stealthy look I'd like to achieve!

Our GTi's have a pin that locks the filler cap in place with the central locking I believe. Am I right? :)

i think its a cut n weld jobbie > seems very popular with the mkiv golf lads

sorry dont really know the technicals behind it just really like the idea

I think its a direct swop on the Golf MK4 but not the polo.
