I love vagparts but can anyone explain why they add VAT to your order twice? I dont get it!

Well when you go through to the check out it shows price of part plus VAT, then shipping cost and then VAT again.... It does my head in! :cry:

I've used it a couple of times and when you get to shipping options you have to select 'custom orders agreed by e-mail', I think this works it out correct?

Although I haven't used it for a while.

Ahh

hopefully its just a confusing form

its charging vat on the parts

and then charging vat on the postage

this is correct


I guess you could check by adding up the total cost (parts and delivery) before vat and work out the vat on that total

then add the two vat values it shows on the page and those should add up the same


Unless you mean its charging vat @ 17.5% twice? :shock:
