Does anyone know if there are any other engine codes for the MK3 GT and what the differences are?

I have the 3F engine code

OK then, my mistake

However, for some reason on ETKA they list two different engine types (though they are both 3F code). One is listed as 75bhp and the other 78bhp. Does anyone know if this is just a listing for non-cat versions?

Yes, I know I'm the ETKA buff, but I honestly don't know!

75 and 78 bhp will be the difference between cat and non-cat engines.
