Mk3 Saloon - rear bumper mods

Hi all,
I know I am usually in the GTi section, but I still have a Mk3 saloon.

My mom drives it! Basically, She mangled the rear bumper a bit. I have pulled it out so its ok, but its a bit broken. Problem is saloon bumpers (rear) are like hens teeth or very expensive.

I need to sort it out because otherwise the car is perfect condition, and only 40k as well.

I remember people fitting other bumpers like the coupe and stuff to the squareback. The old jetta looks like it might fit, but they are just as rare.

Any ideas? or - anyone got a bumper?
