Badge is now black, wasn't as hard as I thought.
WIll have to wait until tomorrow to have a good look though, once it's dried properly and it's light

Not too sure if I over sprayed it yet, will have to wait until tomorrow, but from what I could see it looks good.

I'll post a pic up tomorrow mate, I'll stick it in the Grille get a pic showing the whole front then a close up of it.
I've had a look at it in the house and it looks real good actually, came out pretty nice.

Update: I've sprayed it again, as the f****r stuck to the newspaper, plus the T didn't seem as shiny as the G or I.
Let's see how it looks tomorrow

Make like little mounds of blue-tac and push the spikes of the GTI text into it, so its held secure and off the paper - no chance of sticking

Still i'm sure it will turn out ok, I'll check tomorrow.
@Mysteryboy, bar sticking to the newspaper it looked bloody good, maybe that's why it did it

Sorry about the delay MM, had some problems with people driving into my car.
Its a badge off of a passat, but there are 2 different ones. 1 for an estate and 1 for normal or something like that.(i cant remember what I have)
Heres a pic if it dont work sorry, not to good with this stuff.

the passat ones have an outta chrome ring which is good becaue it leaves a better overall finish/neater.
they make the car look so much better in colour
