Chatroom Problemo (pc problem?)

I tried visiting this chatroom but can't get in. It keeps coming up with an error message saying Im Banned? Or using an insecure host/isp?
Anyone know how I can solve the problem? Error message bellow:

[01:54] -- *** Found your hostname
[01:54] -delfin.bolchat.org- *** G-lined
[01:54] You are banned from this server- Insecure host/ISP
[01:54] Greska : Closing Link: Mystery_Guy[[email protected]] (Banned)

I've not been to this or any other chatroom in well over 2 years+ so I know Im not banned,,,,.. Really confusing me tho..

someone else on the same ISP subnet as you has got permabanned - your bad luck mate. some server's aren't yet smart enough to deal with multiple split broadband and the like.... plus it's a measure to make sure a very offensive person on dynamic IP dial-up can't get back on simply by redialling.

find a decent proxy server to route your attempt through

nope, my first port of call would be to google for "connecting to chatrooms via a proxy" so i guess yours should be too :p
