Well it's bye-bye Polo............

Post by waveydavey »

Well i've finally bought the replacement for my GTi. Just paid the deposit on my new Fabia vRS.

Got it for 12,575 with black pearl paint, xenons, cruise control & ESP... book price for standard car is 12,380!!!!! And.......... it's a car that a customer cancelled the order for, and the car is due to be built this next week. So instead of having to wait 8-12 weeks for a factory order i should have it by the end of April!!!!!!!

Just gotta sell the Polo now.

End Of An Era

Cheers

Cheers chaps.......

It had come down to the Ibiza FR and the vRS....... Before the facelift Ibiza was released it was defo the vRS as i didn't think the Ibiza FR looked 'aggressive' enough compared to the Fabia...... Then when the facelift Ibiza came on the scene it was a much closer decision...... But for the spec i wanted the Ibiza would have been just out of my budget......

Plus it's more practical to have a 5-door car now we have the CTR as our other car.....

Cheers

yeah the new facelift ibizas all come with cupra bumpers as standard which is good in a way coz it saves money for all the people that want cupra bumpers.
but then it makes the cupra...well, less special.
maybe they got a new bumpoer design for the facelift cupra, we shall see!!

Is your Polo up for sale yet Dave, or have you sold it already?

Good choice re vRS, you won't be disappointed. You discovered Briskoda yet? :D
