ok, i'll do this for doug coz hes been a bit busy of late!
ok just to let u all know, the stand is on!!!!!
its £15 per person to get in, gates open for club stands at 8am
gates open to the public at 8.30 so there will be a bit of time to get cars ready to display!!
i think we should aim to get to santa pod for 8 coz there will be a few cars about!!

dino- how long will it take to get from toddington services to santa pod?? roughly??

Google Maps says it will take 1hr 15min's and my Sat Nav says 50 mins - average i'd say is an 1hr ish.

I'll be at the pub in Wollaston at 7:30am leaving at 7:50am to get to Pod for 8am

I'll need to get to Toddington for 6:40/45am > Get to the pub at 7:30am, leaving at 7:50am > Get to Santa Pod at 8am.

Hope that makes sense....

Geeees Im goin to have southampton at 5am I think. Best get an early night on the saturday. Now lets all pray to the polo gods for dry weather!

Someone should put up a new topic and lock it with the final details, List of people on the stand, where the meeting pub is and what time to get there, prices ect.

or earlier!!! i've been to southampton from up my way, and if u take it steady, then u may need 1hr 45 just to get to the dartford tunnel (i think)!!

then thru the tunnel and round the m25 to wherever u get off (me and doug r going up the m1 to toddington to meet dino!!) and he reckons its about an hour from there to the pub where everyone is meeting!!

i think i'm gonna give myself about 2 hours to get to toddington services for 6.40am meaning leaving my place in ramsgate at about 4.40am!

you have further to travel than me neilw!!

It would prob be quiker to go up the M3 to J12 of the M25 and go clockwise up to the M1 (only 9 junctions) rather than anti-clockwise dartford way which is 21 junctions.

Southampton is roughly 2 and a half hr's away from Pod i estimate.

Looks like another 6:00am start for me then, possibly. Takes about 2 hours to get from here to the Pod according to AutoRoute. Its usually quite an optimistic estimate though so should easily get there on time!!
